Current Response Time
At Sapphire we pride ourselves on our quick response time with regards to customer queries and issues, with a target response time of 6-8 hours (one working day). However we endeavour to deal with your issue as soon as your call or email reaches our support team, and on average we currently respond to 75% of all our calls and emails within the hour.
